Prokick Academy ("Prokick Academy", "we", "us", or "our") provides a mobile application for players, parents, coaches, and academy staff. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed when you use the Prokick Academy mobile application.

- Notification information: information needed to deliver application notifications to your registered device.

- To create and authenticate user accounts.

- To manage player, team, training, match, competition, evaluation, award, and academy records.

3. Google Sign-In
If you choose to sign in with Google, authentication is provided through Google services. We use the information returned by Google Sign-In to authenticate and associate your Google account with your Prokick Academy account. We do not request your Google password.
4. Notifications and Device Information
The application may register a device so that notifications can be delivered to the appropriate user. Device and application information used for this purpose is processed only as needed to provide the notification and mobile application functionality.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed only as necessary to provide the service, including to service providers and technology providers that process information on our behalf, such as authentication, hosting, database, notification, and application infrastructure providers.

Please include the email address or username associated with the account so that we can identify the correct account. We may retain information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate record-keeping purposes.
9. Children's Privacy
Prokick Academy may be used in an academy environment where some players may be minors. Account and player information should be provided through the academy or an authorized parent/guardian where required. We do not knowingly use personal information of children for advertising or sell children's personal information.
